2. Services

Our core offerings include Anti-phishing training with simulations, reporting drills and safer email habits. Services are purchased through phishshield.info and delivered by registered trainers.

2.1 Scheduling and Transfers

Customers may reschedule or transfer a training session provided notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled date. To request a transfer, please use our contact form. Transferred sessions must be completed within 6 months of the original booking.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

We operate a limited refund policy for our training services. If a session is cancelled by phishshield, you will receive a full credit toward a future session. Clients may cancel and request a full credit up to 7 days before the session date. Requests made after this period are not eligible for credit or refund.

3. Digital Information Products

This category includes e-books, guides, video tutorials and other downloadable assets. Upon purchase, digital products are available immediately.

3.1 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital distribution, all digital information products are final sale and are not eligible for refund once accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing the product, please submit a support request via our contact form and we will provide assistance or a replacement file as needed.

4. Physical Goods

Products such as printed manuals or training kits are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4.1 Returns and Refunds for Physical Goods

If you wish to return a physical product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt using our contact form. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. General Refund Process

All refund requests are processed in the order they are received. Refunds or credits, when applicable, will be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider. For transfer requests, credits will be applied to your phishshield account and can be used toward future purchases.
